Our President

Michael McClintock
President
Michael has been a driving force behind the company since 1981, taking on the role of president in 1993 as the second-generation owner. With over four decades of dedication, Michael has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and success. His strong technical foundation includes an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronic Technology from the University of Akron, complemented by 15 years of hands-on experience as a journeyman electrician.
In his leadership role, Michael oversees all aspects of operations, combining strategic vision with a commitment to quality and innovation. He holds state licenses as a certified Electrical Contractor and Fire Alarm Installation Contractor, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry standards. His dedication to excellence is reflected in the trust and loyalty of clients and the strength of his team.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael is passionate about giving back to the community through philanthropic initiatives, sharing his knowledge and discipline as a yoga instructor, and traveling the world to immerse himself in new cultures and experiences. His leadership is defined not only by his technical expertise but also by his focus on fostering connections and making a positive impact both locally and globally.
Our Professionals

Steve Boydston
Vice-President / Project Manager
Steve joined the team in November 2013, bringing a wealth of knowledge in project management and estimating. He is dedicated to overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Steve is committed to building strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering collaboration and success. Outside of work, Steve enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.

Cody Kasserman
Vice-President / Project Manager
Cody joined the team in 2019, and as a Vice-President / Project Manager, he works closely with clients, ensuring project timelines are met with precision. Cody collaborates with engineers, contractors, and vendors, as well as overseeing field staff to see projects completed safely and successfully. In his free time, Cody enjoys spending quality time with his family, attending horse shows and tractor pulls, and tackling home improvement projects.

Adam McClintock
Project Manager /
Project Estimator
Since 2006, Adam has been a key leader in overseeing jobsite and project site visits, estimating and managing projects, and heading the Fire Alarm Division. He excels at building strong relationships with customers and vendors. When he’s not at work, Adam cherishes time with his two boys, enjoying activities like mountain biking together with them and his father.

Brett Hammersmith
Project Manager /
RCDD
Brett joined the team in 2018, bringing expertise in technology project management and system design. His daily responsibilities include designing security camera systems, door access systems, and ethernet and fiber optic networks. Outside of work, Brett enjoys raising and showing Quarter Horses, showcasing his passion for excellence both in and out of the office.

Nicole Williams-Hackworth
Purchasing & Warehouse Manager
A vital part of the team since October 2013, Nicole has held progressive roles at McClintock Electric, in preparation for her current role of managing all materials moving in and out of the facility, coordinating deliveries and pickups for jobsites, and working closely with vendors and estimators on new project bids. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her spouse and kids.

Connie Kent
Controller & Human Resources
Since 2012, Connie has been at the helm of the company’s accounting and human resources operations. She oversees all accounting functions, prepares accurate financial statements, and manages HR responsibilities with precision and care. Her expertise ensures smooth financial and organizational performance, contributing to the success of the entire team. She graduated from Stark State College with two degrees in Accounting & Accounting-Tax Major. She is a member of Wooster Noon Lions.

Darlene Leeder
Accounts Receivable
Since joining the team in November 2010, Darlene has been a cornerstone of the Accounts Receivable department. She excels in billing, setting up jobs and work orders, and managing AP invoices with precision. Outside of work, Darlene enjoys diving into a good book and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Mary Miller
Fleet Manager, Safety, Administrative Assistant
Mary has been a vital part of the team since July 2017, expertly balancing her roles in fleet management, safety, and administrative support. Her responsibilities include keeping vehicles operational, assisting Human Resources and Accounting, researching safety procedures, completing safety training, and conducting new hire orientation. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending quality time with her partner, sons, and grandsons, cheering them on at baseball, football, and wrestling matches. She also loves reading and horseback riding.
